Pháp lý dự án Five Star Odyssey TP.HCM
Khu đất 165 Thùy Vân ban đầu là Khu điều dưỡng du lịch Vũng Tàu (Medicoast) hoạt động từ tháng 2/2007 nhưng sau đó thua lỗ, bị kê biên và bán đấu giá.
Tháng 7/2015, Công ty Cổ phần Tổng hợp Thế Giới Xanh trúng đấu giá quyền sử dụng đất với giá hơn 156 tỷ đồng.
Tháng 6/2016, UBND tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu ra quyết định thu hồi toàn bộ diện tích gần 8.200m2 và cho Thế Giới Xanh thuê đất để thực hiện dự án.
Tháng 3/2020, Thế Giới Xanh báo cáo Sở KH&ĐT về việc đầu tư dự án khách sạn – căn hộ 5 sao . Đến 2021, UBND tỉnh chính thức chấm dứt hoạt động dự án cũ và các văn bản liên quan.
Đến năm 2022, UBND tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư cho dự án đầu tư khách sạn, căn hộ du lịch 5 sao Five Star Odyssey tại 165 Thùy Vân, phường Thắng Tam, TP.Vũng Tàu.
Tiến độ dự án Five Star Odyssey TP.HCM
Dự án được khởi công ngày 21/6/2025. Cập nhật tháng 9/2025, tại công trường, máy móc đã tập kết, tiến hành san lấp mặt bằng.
