Dự án có tên pháp lý là dự án nhà ở thuộc quy hoạch khu thiết chế công đoàn tỉnh Bình Định.

Ngày 9/12/2022, UBND tỉnh Bình Định ban hành Quyết định số 4159/QĐ-UBND về việc quyết định chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư đồng thời chấp thuận nhà đầu tư dự án; điều chỉnh ngày 19/6/2024 tại Quyết định số 2145/QĐ-UBND.

Ngày 24/3/2023, UBND tỉnh Bình Định ban hành Quyết định số 899/QĐ-UBND về việc giao đất cho chủ đầu tư thực hiện dự án với diện tích 37.617m2.

Ngày 14/4/2023, Sở Xây dựng tỉnh Bình Định cấp Giấy phép xây dựng số 03/GPXD cho chủ đầu tư được phép xây dựng dự án.

Dự án khởi công ngày 19/5/2023. Cập nhật tháng 9/2025:

- Tòa CT1 đã hoàn thành và đi vào vận hành
