Vị trí này được đánh giá sở hữu nhiều tiềm năng nhờ kết nối thuận tiện với các tuyến giao thông chủ lực của Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long.

Hệ thống cấp điện

Nhu cầu cấp điện là 43.553kW

Nguồn cấp: Nguồn điện tại khu vực sẽ được lấy từ trạm biến áp 110KV/22KV Đại Ngãi, dẫn về theo tuyến dây 22kV nằm trên đường Quốc lộ 91B đến trạm đo đếm hợp bộ 3 pha (đo đếm điện năng cho khu công nghiệp) nằm trên đường D3 trong lô đất hạ tầng cấp điện, sau đó kéo quanh các lô đất trong khu công nghiệp.

Hệ thống cấp nước

Nguồn nước cấp được lấy từ 2 nguồn chính: nước mặt trên kênh Bà Sẫm và nước ngầm được lấy từ trạm cấp nước của khu công nghiệp nằm phía Nam trên tuyến đường D2a, công suất 8.200m3/ngày-đêm. (Nguồn nước sẽ được tính toán cụ thể khi triển khai dự án).

Hệ thống xử lý nước thải

Xây dựng hệ thống cống thoát nước mưa và thải riêng biệt để thoát nước triệt để. Tỷ lệ thu gom nước thải tối thiểu đạt 80% lưu lượng nước cấp. Trong đó, 100% nước thải được thu gom và xử lý đạt chuẩn.

Xây dựng trạm xử lý công suất 7.000m3/ngày đêm cho khu công nghiệp. Nước sau khi xử lý đạt chuẩn thải ra kênh Bao Biển thoát ra Sông Hậu.

Hệ thống giao thông

Chiều rộng 1 làn xe từ 3-3,75m tùy theo chức năng của tuyến đường, toàn bộ kết cấu mặt đường được định hướng bê tông nhựa và theo tiêu chuẩn thiết kế đường đô thị.

Hệ thống thông tin liên lạc

Tổng số thuê bao dự kiến cho khu công nghiệp khoảng 5.150 thuê bao.

Nguồn cấp: Từ tổng đài trung tâm thị trấn Đại Ngãi xây dựng các tuyến 11 cáp chính đến khu vực qua các trục đường Quốc Lộ 91B, từ đây sẽ có các tuyến cáp phân phối đưa đến các khu chức năng.

Quyết định số 1680/QĐ-UBND ngày 25/7/2024 của UBND tỉnh Sóc Trăng về việc phê duyệt Đồ án Quy hoạch phân khu xây dựng Khu công nghiệp Đại Ngãi, huyện Long Phú, tỉnh Sóc Trăng, tỷ lệ 1/2000.
