Dự án có tên pháp lý là Phát triển nhà ở xã hội dành cho công nhân tại khu vực phía Đông khu công nghiệp Lễ Môn, phường Quảng Phú, tỉnh Thanh Hóa.

Ngày 7/12/2015, UBND tỉnh Thanh Hóa ban hành Quyết định số 12611/UBND-CN về việc chấp thuận đầu tư dự án; điều chỉnh tại Quyết định số 2749/QĐ-UBND ngày 2/8/2023.

Ngày 2/10/2018, UBND tỉnh Thanh Hóa ban hành Quyết định số 3756/QĐ-UBND về việc giao đất cho chủ đầu tư thực hiện dự án.
