Hệ thống cơ sở hạ tầng dự án KCN dầu khí Long Sơn TP.HCM

Hệ thống cấp điện

Khu công nghiệp đầu tư trạm 110kV có công suất giai đoạn đầu là 63MW, dài hạn sẽ được nâng thành 2 máy 63MW.

Hệ thống cấp nước

Mạng lưới cấp nước trong khu công nghiệp là hệ thống đường ống từ D100mm đến D400mm. Đảm bảo áp lực nhỏ nhất trong ống đạt 1,3kg/cm2 và tốc độ dẫn nước tiêu chuẩn đạt 0,6 đến 1,2m/s.

Hệ thống giao thông nội bộ

- Hệ thống đường trục chính của khu công nghiệp chính là trục cửa ngõ của khu công nghiệp có lộ giới 35m.

- Đường nhánh và đường gom của khu công nghiệp có lộ giới rộng 17,5m.

Hệ thống xử lý nước thải

Nhà máy xử lý nước thải với công suất 2.900m3/ngày.đêm.

Pháp lý dự án KCN dầu khí Long Sơn TP.HCM

Khu công nghiệp dầu khí Long Sơn được thành lập bổ sung theo quyết định số 841/TTg-KTN ngày 02/06/2008 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ.

Đến tháng 7/2011, Thủ tướng đồng ý giảm diện tích khu công nghiệp từ 1.250ha xuống còn 850ha để tách dự án Tổ hợp Hóa dầu Miền Nam ra khỏi KCN Dầu khí Long Sơn.

Năm 2013, UBND tỉnh Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu có quyết định điều chỉnh KCN Dầu khí Long Sơn quy mô 850ha gồm 2 dự án thành phần là Nhà máy lọc dầu số 3 quy mô 810ha và Kho ngầm xăng dầu quy mô 40ha.

Tiến độ dự án KCN dầu khí Long Sơn TP.HCM

Cập nhật tháng 4/2025, chủ đầu tư đã hoàn thành các thủ tục như ký quỹ bảo đảm thực hiện dự án; đăng ký kế hoạch sử dụng đất năm 2025; thống nhất phương án xử lý chồng lấn ranh giới với trạm điện 220kV Long Sơn; thẩm định hồ sơ thiết kế kỹ thuật, dự toán đo vẽ địa chính phục vụ thu hồi đất, giải phóng mặt bằng…
