Pháp lý dự án CCN Đồng Khang Hà Tĩnh

Ngày 30/12/2025, UBND tỉnh Hà Tĩnh ban hành Quyết định số 3354/QĐ-UBND về việc thành lập Cụm công nghiệp Đồng Khang.

Cùng ngày, UBND tỉnh Hà Tĩnh ban hành Quyết định số 71/QĐ-UBND về việc quyết định chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư đồng thời chấp thuận nhà đầu tư Dự án đầu tư xây dựng và kinh doanh kết cấu hạ tầng kỹ thuật Cụm công nghiệp Đồng Khang.

Tiến độ dự án CCN Đồng Khang Hà Tĩnh

Theo kế hoạch, hoàn thành toàn bộ dự án và đi vào hoạt động trong thời gian 24 tháng kể từ ngày được Nhà nước giao đất, cho thuê đất.

Chủ đầu tư dự án là Công ty Cổ phần Yana Dragon Holdings hoạt động từ năm 2024, địa chỉ trụ sở là tầng 1, chung cư Sơn An, 77/2 đường Đồng Khởi, khu phố 35, phường Tam Hiệp, tỉnh Đồng Nai. Người đại diện pháp luật là ông Nguyễn Khắc Vũ. Doanh nghiệp hoạt động chính trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh bất động sản, quyền sử dụng đất thuộc chủ sở hữu, chủ sử dụng hoặc đi thuê.
