- Điện tử công nghệ thông tin: sản xuất linh kiện phụ tùng, các sản phẩm điện tử công nghiệp, điện tử dân dụng, điện tử viễn thông, máy vi tính, phần mềm xuất khẩu, các dịch vụ điện tử - tin học nghiên cứu phát triển.

Hệ thống cấp điện

Điện sản xuất được cung cấp ổn định từ Trạm điện nội khu công suất 3 x 63 MVA - được đầu tư, vận hành, bảo dưỡng bởi Sài Gòn VRG và Trạm Tân Quy 2 x 63 MVA - đảm bảo chất lượng điện đến nhà máy của khách hàng.

Hệ thống cấp nước

Nước sạch được cấp từ Nhà máy nước nội khu, công suất 10.000 m3/ngày-đêm và Trạm Thủ Dầu Một công suất 200.000 m3/ngày-đêm. Nguồn nước chất lượng cao đạt QCVN.

Hệ thống xử lý nước thải

Nước thải sản xuất được thu gom và xử lý tập trung tại Trạm nội khu với công suất 8.500 m3/ngày-đêm, nước thải ra môi trường đạt chuẩn loại A theo quy định tại QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT

Hệ thống giao thông

Hệ thống đường giao thông rộng rãi, đáp ứng nhu cầu của doanh nghiệp: Đường chính: 6 làn với Lộ giới 40m; Đường nội khu: 1-4 làn với lộ giới 18-29m.

Pháp lý dự án KCN Đông Nam TP.HCM

Ngày 29/12/2009, UBND TP.HCM ban hành Quyết định số 5945/QĐ-UBND về duyệt quy hoạch chi tiết xây dựng đô thị tỷ lệ 1/2.000 khu công nghiệp Đông Nam Củ Chi và khu dân cư phục vụ công nghiệp.

Đến nay, khu công nghiệp Đông Nam đã đi vào hoạt động với tỷ lệ lấp đầy 95%. Hiện tại đang trong quá trình thực hiện khu tái định cư khu công nghiệp.
