Ngày 15/10/2028, UBND TP.Hà Nội ban hành Quyết định số 5518/QĐ-UBND về việc phê duyệt đồ án Quy hoạch chi tiết tỷ lệ 1/500 Trung tâm thị trấn Thường Tín, huyện Thường Tín, TP.Hà Nội.

Ngày 22/3/2023, UBND TP.Hà Nội ban hành Quyết định số 1692/QĐ-UBND về việc chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư dự án khu nhà ở thấp tầng, nhà biệt thự, ký hiệu Đô thị số 3 tại khu K2 thị trấn Thường Tín, huyện Thường Tín, TP.Hà Nội.

Ngày 19/7/2024, UBND huyện Thường Tín cấp Giấy phép Xây dựng số 104/GPXD cho Công ty TNHH Xây dựng và Phát triển đô thị Minh An được phép xây dựng công trình thuộc dự án Đầu tư xây dựng khu nhà ở thấp tầng, nhà biệt thự, ký hiệu Đô thị số 3 tại khu K2 thị trấn Thường Tín, huyện Thường Tín, TP.Hà Nội.

Theo cập nhật từ chủ đầu tư ngày 20/1/2025, các tuyến đường của dự án đã được rải bê tông nhựa đợt 1.
