Dự kiến hoàn thành đầu tư xây dựng hạ tầng kỹ thuật CCN sau 29 tháng kể từ ngày thành lập.
Thời gian hoạt động của dự án tối đa 50 năm kể từ khi nhà đầu tư được quyết định giao đất, quyết định cho thuê đất.
