Ngày 15/12/2025, UBND tỉnh Khánh Hòa đã ban hành Quyết định 2494/QĐ-UBND về việc chấp thuận đầu tư xây dựng hạ tầng Khu công nghiệp Ninh Diêm 1.
Ngày 31/12/2025, UBND tỉnh Khánh Hòa đã trao quyết định chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư đồng thời chấp thuận nhà đầu tư đối với Dự án Khu công nghiệp Ninh Diêm 1.
Tiến độ KCN Ninh Diêm 1 Khánh Hòa
Tại cuộc họp đầu tháng 1/2026, lãnh đạo phường Đông Ninh Hòa, xã Bắc Ninh Hòa đã báo cáo về vấn đề mặt bằng của Dự án KCN Ninh Diêm 1; sự quan tâm của người dân trong vùng dự án; đồng thời đưa ra những phương án trong việc giải phóng mặt bằng dự án; theo đó, dự kiến thời gian giải phóng mặt bằng từ 8 tháng đến 1 năm.
Theo tiến độ được phê duyệt, dự án Khu công nghiệp Ninh Diêm 1 sẽ được triển khai theo 3 khu vực đầu tư:
- Khu vực 1 có quy mô khoảng 121 ha, dự kiến hoàn thành và đưa vào khai thác trong giai đoạn 2026 – 2028.
- Khu vực 2, quy mô 41,5 ha, sẽ được triển khai trong giai đoạn 2027 – 2029.
- Khu vực 3, quy mô khoảng 79 ha, dự kiến hoàn thành trong giai đoạn 2028 – 2030.
Thời gian hoạt động của dự án là 70 năm. Tiến độ thực hiện dự án chưa quá 36 tháng kể từ ngày nhà tư được Nhà nước giao đất, cho thuê đất.
Thông tin chủ đầu tư KCN Ninh Diêm 1 Khánh Hòa
Chủ đầu tư thực hiện dự án xây dựng, kinh doanh hạ tầng KCN Ninh Diêm 1 là Công ty Cổ phần phát triển Ninh Khánh Land có trụ sở chính tại số 34 Sinh Trung, phường Nha Trang, tỉnh Khánh Hòa.
Doanh nghiệp này được thành lập ngày 6/8/2025 với tên gọi ban đầu là Công ty cổ phần Đầu tư Phát triển Khu công nghiệp NDKH. Doanh nghiệp đăng ký hoạt động trong các lĩnh vực: đầu tư – kinh doanh khu công nghiệp, đô thị, du lịch, thương mại, nhà xưởng, hạ tầng công nghệ và kho bãi. Đến ngày 10/11/2025, công ty chính thức đổi tên thành Phát triển Ninh Khánh Land.
